“Compassionate Hearts Network.” (CHN) is an organization setup to help people who are not fortunate to take care of their needs themselves. We believe it is our duty and calling to help others with basic necessities of human life like food, shelter, education, medical support etc. CHN provides these with dignity and humility, while affirming God's love for all his people regardless of their race, sex, ethnicity, nationality, religion etc. Just as the bible says, we believe in “Do good and lend, expecting nothing in return; then your reward will be great as children of the Highest”.
Who We Are?
Just like the name suggests, Compassionate Hearts Network is a network of generous hearts who finds and help the underprivileged among us to meet their basic needs in human life.
You can become a part of us by doing your own charity project though us or by donating to any listed projects or help requests.
How We Work?
Working together with sponsors , well wishers and beneficiaries, we carry out our mission taking small steps, one day at a time. A special need or a project is being fulfilled by one of the following ways.
1) Each of the board members is committed to lead at least one project every year. Through our websites and though friends and families, we reach out to others who is interested in donating to our projects.
2) Anyone can come up with a noble cause and implement it as their own charity project. We help them to spread the word out, organizing fund raising events and also to collect and channel the funds to their cause.
Most of the administrative cost is covered by the personal donations from the board of directors. So 100% of the funds raised for a project will be spend on it.

FAQ.
1) Is Compassionate Hearts Network a public Charity Organization?
Yes. CHI has been registered as a non profit organization in MA, USA. The members of the director board has been involved with Charity activities for a long and decided to form a public charity with broader scope in late 2008.
2) How can you operate a Non profit without any administrative costs? How can the donors verify this?
The funding from for all the administrative costs are coming from the board of directors. These costs are fixed and our plan is to accept only a minimum number of projects and requests that we can fulfill with a timeline and with greatest care and quality.
3) What are the guidelines to accept a project or help request.
We make sure that the any support from us reaches the most deserving candidates. Once we get a request, the board of directors verify accuracy and obtain referrals and recommendations without involving the beneficiary. If we have multiple candidates, they will be ranked based on the findings and needs for appropriate funding.
4) Are the Donations to CHN tax deductable?
A Federal Tax Exception application has been filed with the IRS. The website will be updated when we have the approval from IRS.
5) Do you have a specific geographic location as your target area for support.
No. However, initially we are concentrating only US and India. Once we are able to partner with charities with similar vision in other parts of the world, we will expand the target area.
How Can You Support Us?
There are many ways you can work with our team to make a difference in another one’s life. You can suggest a specific need of a deserving individual or community. You can be a part of our director board where the projects are chosen and implemented. Several open needs and projects can be found in our website that you can fund or sponsor completely. Donation towards the administrative costs is also appreciated as it enables us to expand the scope of our mission.
