Two children orphaned due to the death of their father in a motor vehicle accident and mother abandoned them long back and the whereabouts of mother is not known to anyone. Since then the children were under the care of paternal grandparents and both of them succumbed to cardiac arrest and suspected H1N1 within a period of three months. The children have no maternal grandparents.
