This project is to provide financial assistance to set up a small shop for a married, unemployed individual in his late fifties, residing in Pathanamthitta, Kerala. He had been working in Mumbai for several years, until the traffic death of their only daughter two years ago. After that, they moved back to their native place. They do not have any savings left nor any source of income. He has started a small pan shop to make a living. But he does not have enough money to buy more inventory and the shop does not generate more than a couple of dollars a day.
We request generous donations from kind hearted people to renovate the existing space and to pay for essential inventory so that he can run it as a stationary shop. The plan is to complete this project within 2 months.
