Deepti Special School and Rehabilitation Centre is a special school located in Adoor, Kerala, India that provides special education and rehabilitation therapy services to nearly 200 children with special needs. These children have various challenges such as Cerebral Palsy, Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Visually impaired and mentally challenged condition and support their families. The curriculum of Deepti Special School is designed for children with special needs and it train them for independent living as best as possible by teaching life skills.
Presently Deepti School operates at the rented facilities that are not co located. It’s our long time dream to have a campus of our own to accommodate the growing needs for the children. One of the proposals that we have in front of us is a beautiful building located in Kalayapuram, Kottarakkara. We are trying to secure enough funds to acquire this property which is big enough to accommodate classrooms, therapy facilities and vocational training center. This will enable us to provide better services for children with any additional construction or renovation. We, all of us at Deepti, are requesting whole hearted support from everyone who can help us with this community benefit project. Please donate generously to this cause.
