This request is for raise funds for essential school supplies for the new academic year, for 150 students in “SOS Village”, Aluva, Kerala. The students of the villages are in dire need of supplies (mostly notebooks), that needs to be purchased and distributed as soon as possible for the new academic year.

With the SOS Children’s Village concept, the organization give long-term care and education for orphaned and abandoned children, in a family atmosphere. Approximately 10 kids are placed in a loving home of his or her own religion with a mother. The SOS Children’s Village in Aluva,Cochin was established in 1990. There are 15 homes in Aluva SOS Village Hindu homes, 7 Christian homes, 2 Muslim homes. SOS Village in Aluva tries to provide the best education for their children and most children excel in academic fields.
