Deepti Special School and Rehabilitation Centre, has been making a significant difference in the lives of differently-abled children and their families since 2009.
Today, we care for 200 children, providing them with crucial services such as physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, creative play, and vocational training. We also offer workshops for parents and training seminars for special educators from across Kerala and other states. Our work aims to empower children and young adults with special needs, enabling them to live with greater independence.
Unfortunately, we are currently facing a significant transportation challenge that is affecting both our students and their families. Our school bus, which runs over 100 kilometers in a single trip, is frequently under maintenance, resulting in delays that inconvenience parents and disrupt our students’ routines. To ensure that our children can travel safely and punctually to school, we urgently require a new bus.
We kindly request your support for the purchase of a new school bus. This will enable us to provide uninterrupted and timely transportation for our students, allowing them to continue their education and rehabilitation without the stress and uncertainty caused by transportation issues.
