Dear Friends, Well-Wishers and Kind-Hearted Donors
We are reaching out with a heartfelt appeal to support Daison Varghese, a 56-year-old resident of Painumkalpara, Ernakulam District, Kerala, India. Daison is a devoted husband, a loving father to his son and daughter and the sole breadwinner of his family. Throughout his life he has been a pillar of strength for his loved ones but today he needs our collective support.
His Battle Against Kidney Failure
Since March 2012, Daison has been bravely battling chronic kidney failure. He requires dialysis every few days along with ongoing medications to survive. The cost of his treatments amounts to approximately ₹45,000 per month about ₹5,40,000 per year a heavy financial burden that has been ongoing for over a decade.
Today, Daison is unable to work due to his condition, making it extremely difficult for his family to manage daily expenses and continue his life-saving treatments. His wife and two children — a son currently studying in 12th standard and a daughter attending college — are doing everything they can to support him but they are struggling to cope with the overwhelming costs.
